Blue 15mm Pre-Printed NHS Lanyards with Triple Breakaway
This is a 15mm NHS blue lanyard, pre-printed with the NHS logo in white, fitted with a metal trigger clip and three black plastic breakaways designed to keep NHS staff safe throughout their shift.
A triple breakaway lanyard matters most in higher-risk clinical settings like mental health wards, paediatrics and dementia care, where a lanyard is more likely to be grabbed directly than simply caught on a door handle in passing. Each of the triple safety breakaways is an independent release point, so three of them means more chances for the lanyard to give way safely rather than pull tight, then clip straight back together once the moment's passed.
The metal trigger clip holds an ID card, access card or badge holder securely through a full shift, and the flat polyester lanyard is comfortable enough for daily wear without feeling stiff or chafing by the end of a long day.

What an NHS Lanyard Actually Tells People
Patients and visitors are trusting complete strangers with their care, their information and their safety whenever they visit an NHS site.
