  • Do I need to order a minimum volume of cards? No. There's no minimum order. You can order a single card if that's what you need. Pricing scales as your quantity increases, but you're never forced into a batch size that doesn't suit you.
  • Can I reorder for individual cards for new starters and replacements? Yes. Once your design is saved with us and on file, reordering is quick. Most facilities and office managers find it easier to place small top-up orders as staff change, rather than running a large batch infrequently.
  • What if I don't have a designer, can you help me? Yes. Our UK-based bureau team can design your staff ID badges for you. We'll work from your logo, brand colours, and any content you provide, and send a proof for approval before printing begins.
  • Do you offer encoding as part of the print process? Yes. We support RFID and proximity encoding to integrate with most access control systems. If you're not sure what encoding your system uses, get in touch and we can help you work it out. If you're unsure, you can send us a sample of an existing card to test.
  • How long does it take for my cards to arrive? Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days once you've approved your proof. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and the complexity of the design and print needs.
  • What formats are accepted for artwork uploads? Our card builder will guide you through the requirements, but generally we accept standard image formats for photos and PDF or high-resolution files for artwork. If you're unsure, our team can advise.
