What information can be printed onto the cards? Each card can carry variable data unique to the individual. This is typically a photo, name and job title. We can also include department, employee ID number, or any other text field your organisation requires. RFID encoding is available for access control compatibility.
Can I order single replacement cards? Yes, you can order just a single replacement card with us if you need to. Our no minimum order limit allows you to easily order lost cards and to issue ID quickly for temporary and bank staff.
Have you worked with NHS organisations previously? Yes. We've supplied ID badges to NHS trusts, private hospitals, GP practices, dental surgeries, care homes and specialist clinics. We understand CQC inspection requirements and the standard of presentation expected in regulated healthcare settings such as the NHS.

How does the proofing process work? Before anything is printed, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your cards will look, regardless of who supplied the artwork. Printing doesn't begin until you've approved it. This is standard on every order. Once approved we usually dispatch within 2-3 working days.
What happens once our design is finalised and set up? Reordering becomes quick and straightforward. Your approved design is held on file with our team, so any future orders require nothing more than the updated data and a confirmation. No repeating the setup process.
Can you handle ongoing supply across multiple sites? Yes. If you're managing ID card supply across more than one medical location, we can support that through a single account. Organisations at the 250+ card level receive a dedicated account manager who will handle coordination across sites.
