  • Is there a minimum order volume for student cards? No. There is no minimum order. A single replacement card is fine. Pricing improves as your quantity increases, but you're never pushed into ordering more than you need If you get a stage where you need more than 250 cards, you'll get a dedicated account manager.
  • Is it easy to order replacement cards for students? Yes. Once your design is on file with us, placing a top-up order for a handful of replacements is quick and straightforward. Most schools find it easier to reorder in small batches as needed rather than holding surplus stock.
  • We don't have a dedicated designed, is that a problem? Our UK-based bureau team can design your student ID badges from scratch. We'll work from your logo, school colours, and any content requirements, and provide a proof for sign-off before anything is printed.
  • Can you encode the cards for libraries and access control? We support RFID and proximity encoding to work with most library management and access control systems. If you're unsure what your system uses, get in touch and we can help. Sending us a sample of an existing card is often the quickest way to confirm compatibility.
  • How long will it take for orders to be delivered? Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of proof approval. Delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and the complexity of your order and the volume of cards requested.
  • What formats are accepted for supplying artwork? The card builder will guide you through what's needed. Generally, we accept high resolution image formats for photos and PDF or high-resolution files for artwork. If you're not sure, our team can advise before you start.
