Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order cards with personalised information? Yes. Variable data printing is standard. Each card in your batch can carry a different name, photo, membership number, or any other unique information. You'll provide a data file and we handle the rest.
Do I have to provide my own design? No. If you have a logo and some idea of what you'd like, our team can put a design together for you. You'll approve a proof before anything goes to print. We also have a selection of pre-designed templates available in our builder.
How long do orders take to be delivered? Once your design has been approved, we aim to have your custom cards dispatched within 2-3 working days. No cards will leave our bureau until they have been accepted and signed off by you.

Can my cards be encoded for access controlled areas? Yes. We can encode cards with RFID or other formats to work with common access control systems. Let us know what system you're using when you enquire and we'll confirm compatibility. If you're unsure, we can arrange to test a card that you already have set up.
Can I order small volumes for lost and replacement cards? Yes you can place orders for a single replacement card if needed. We accept low order quantities, so whether you need one card or a batch of one hundred, we're happy to help.
Do you charge a fee for designing my card for me? For straightforward orders placed through the online card builder, there's no design fee. However, for bespoke design work, we'll confirm any charges before starting. This usually starts from £40.00.
